    Strata Solar Services is currently seeking a full-time Compliance Analyst to join our growing Compliance team, which has the crucial responsibility of ensuring all regulatory compliance obligations specific to large scale solar operations are met. 


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Prepare compliance deliverables to meet any and all compliance obligations arising from NERC/CIP standards.
    • Real-time involvement with the Network Operation Center and field teams to ensure compliance to all policies and procedures.
    • Play critical role in development of Operating Procedures to ensure compliance responsibilities are being met.
    • Work with other Operations & Maintenance teams to ensure all activities are aligned with compliance efforts.
    • Assist in development and delivery of trainings specific to the Strata Internal Compliance Program.
    • Report to management team on compliance status under various regulations and contracts on a regular basis.
    • Other duties contributing to compliance as assigned by management.

    Supervisory Responsibilities: Must be able to develop a firm understanding of policies, procedures, and software tools in order to work with minimum day-to-day supervision over recurring tasks.


    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree is required
    • 1-2 years of regulatory compliance experience is strongly preferred 
    • Experience with NERC/CIP preferred
    • Strong organizational skills necessary to document and track issues from inception to resolution
    • Ability to work in a team environment and learn quickly




    Physical Requirements/Work Environment: Work is performed in an office environment and in the field. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist and lift up to 20 pounds.
