Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Sr. Manager, Total Rewards serves as a strategic human resources leader and will be responsible for the design, implementation and communication of the Strata Solar Total Rewards Strategy. The Manager is responsible for ensuring all of our reward programs, including Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS systems are competitive, sustainable, scalable, and have an impact on the long and short term performance of the organization.
