The Solar Facilities Regional Manager will have direct supervisory over the performance of various required facilities maintenance activities on numerous solar power generation plants throughout the assigned region. While the primary focus is the NCDEQ weekly and monthly inspections, semiannual transformer nitrogen pressurization checks and top-off, annual 100% array inspections on solar power generation plants. There will also be escorted visits to investors and VIPs as necessary. The Regional Manager will have overall Supervisory responsibilities of the maintenance of ground cover and vegetative buffers, training programs and certifications, and maintenance programs. This individual will receive comprehensive on-the-job and classroom-based, training pertaining site maintenance and safe work practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Solar Facilities Regional Manager is responsible for supervision of the Solar Facilities Regional Assistant Manager, solar facilities maintenance crews, schedules, maintenance logs, and evaluations of supervised personnel.
