The Strata intern program is an exceptional summer program that helps interns find direction and purpose by providing hands-on experiences. By working on business projects, interns can hone their career interests. The support of a direct manager and team ensures interns are adequately supervised and challenged throughout the program. The Strata Internship runs for ten weeks. There are in-person events that are organized regularly, where you can meet and interact with people from different business units at Strata. The Civil Survey Crew Chief will be responsible for safely surveying projects and managing Rodmen/Instrument Operators in the Self-Perform department of Strata Solar. The Crew Chief will utilize GPS surveying equipment, perform staking routines with a team and report on data collected. The ideal candidate has an appreciation for working outdoors, communicates well in a team environment and is adaptable to learning new technology and procedures.
This position is for all solar projects in the United States. Must be willing to travel.
Summary:
The Construction Manager (CM) is the main point-of-contact for all subcontractors, consultants, and third parties on the project site. The CM’s primary role is to oversee the execution of the construction work on-site, to ensure contractors are holding to their contractual obligations specifically in terms of safety, quality, schedule, and budget. To be successful the CM must complement the PM’s contractual and management expertise with their own construction and on-site expertise. This position is for all solar projects in the United States. Travel is required.

This role demands extensive travel up to 75% of the time to remote solar sites with extended stays for up but not limited to 5 consecutive days.
