Position Summary: The Business Development Manager -West will play a key role in helping to advance Strata’s development interests in the Western Electricity Coordinating Council.
Reporting to the VP of Business Development- West, the Business Development Manager will have the ability to assess and take action. The workday day will include a mix of tactical and strategic tasks both in support of the VP of Business Development as well as self-led initiatives.
The Business Development Manager- West will interface with colleagues across various departments including Development, Land, Interconnection, Legal, Government Affairs, Finance and Engineering.

Summary: The Civil Foreman I oversees all aspects of the civil component of the assigned project. Interface with the subcontractor to ensure conformance with approved plans, specifications, scope of work, and contract documents. Corrects and reports any safety issues to Safety Manager. Manage daily activities and material of subcontractor.
Strata Clean Energy is a leading developer, builder and operator of solar power and battery energy storage system projects. Its operations cover 150+ operating utility-scale solar farms, with construction and development activities nationally. This is a position within Strata’s legal department. This position will be an integral part of, and provide support to, Strata’s existing 7-person legal team, and will have daily interaction with Strata’s management, development, construction and finance teams.
The Virginia Director will be responsible for leading Strata Clean Energy's solar and storage project development team and portfolio of projects in Virginia and surrounding markets. The Director will have strong knowledge of the commercial and regulatory framework throughout the region and will develop a commercial strategy for current and future project development. The Director is responsible for managing and growing the pipeline of projects in Virginia. They are expected to manage execution of that strategy both directly through developing projects and by managing a team – of developers, siting experts and others – to develop projects.
Summary: The Development Manager will be responsible for leading project development efforts to create shovel-ready solar and storage projects. The Development Manager will report to a Senior Manager or Director and would support efforts to expand Strata’s portfolio into new markets in MISO, ERCOT, TVA, and/or western PJM. Project developers are charged with managing between 4-10 projects and all associated development activities from land siting and interconnection through to permitting and origination. The position requires frequent travel to project locations to meet with landowners, permitting officials, and local officials.
Summary:
The Power Plant Maintenance Director acts as the supervisory point of contact for all power plant maintenance activities
for numerous solar power generation plants and portfolios. While the primary focus will be to ensure preventative and
corrective maintenance is performed safely per contractual and company standards, the director will also coordinate work
to ensure power performance meets or exceeds contractual requirements. This individual serves as director and advisor
to the Power Plant Managers in assigned areas and reports directly to the Director of Maintenance.

You will be involved in oversight for all phases of facility construction, from pre-construction design and planning through commissioning and closeout. You will be responsible for representing the company with a variety of project partners and stakeholders. You will be responsible for the performance and execution of all construction operations across the EPC portfolio, establishment of departmental and project budgets, and hands-on involvement with process and system improvements to a rapidly growing company with national operations.
Summary: The Director of Preconstruction and Estimating’s primary responsibility is to manage, in collaboration with the Project Executives, the preparation and management of bid request and cost estimating. The Director of Preconstruction and Estimating is the lead for project financials, risk management, and client relations.
Strata Solar Strata Solar EPC is currently seeking an EPC Project Cost Controls Director for support of solar projects. General requirements of the position include cost management support for project managers, development of cost forecasts for projects through final completion, updates to cost database information to support future cost estimating efforts, integration of schedule related costs into cost forecasts and regular periodic cost reporting/forecasting. This position requires the successful individual to be a self-starter, highly reliable and possess the ability to work with minimal day to day guidance. Adaptability and strong analytical/problem solving skills are also required. Must be able to work in a fast paced sometimes stressful environment.

Summary: Strata Solar Services is currently seeking a full-time Data Analyst to join our Performance Analytics team, which is responsible for modeling and optimizing the energy output of our operating fleet of solar power plants through performance reporting development and automation, conducting statistical analyses, and using industry research and PV system design principals to drive models.

This position develops strategies and techniques to improve screening and characterization of prospective sites’ subsurface conditions and the execution of construction projectsas well as strategies for cost effective, risk reduced foundation designs on the execution side. This position will also require working with other project engineers project managers and developers, as well as developing and managing relationships with external consulting engineering firms to support internal engineering efforts.
