The Solar Electrical Technician I is directly responsible for electrical, telecommunication, and mechanical maintenance activities, to include testing and repair of all major and balance-of-system components utilized in solar photovoltaic (“PV”) power generation. This is considered the entry level on our team of technicians. This individual will receive comprehensive on-the-job, classroom-based, and online training pertaining to all aspects of PV fundamentals, installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of small commercial and large utility-scale PV systems. As training milestones are completed, the Technician will become qualified to perform and supervise more and more maintenance activities which will lead to a range of future growth opportunities within Strata. Strata Clean Energy is looking for a Project Executive who is responsible for leadership and oversight of the day-to-day operations of a project management team in addition to planning, directing, coordinating, and budgeting activities concerned with large, complex Utility Solar and Battery Storage construction projects. The desired results are 1) our projects are run efficiently with maximum profitability and high customer satisfaction, and 2) our project management processes are standardized and efficient.

The Seasonal Solar Facilities Management Technician will work within a team to perform vegetation maintenance and abatement. This individual will receive comprehensive on-the-job and classroom-based training pertaining site maintenance and safe work practices. Location: We support multiple locations. When applying identify which location is closest to you.  - Newsoms, VA - Oak Hall, VA - Powhatan, VA - Ridgeland, SC Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure that all co-workers and contractors demonstrate safe work practices in accordance with OSHA, NFPA, state and local codes, and Strata Solar O&M safety policies and procedures during the performance of facilities management activities. - Conduct vegetation maintenance and abatement on solar power generation plants. - Conduct routine maintenance and repair of vegetation management equipment including, but not limited to mowers, tractors, string-trimmers, hedge trimmers, rotary cutters, tractor implements, and hand tools. - Ensure that assigned vehicle, tooling, electrical devices, software, and company property are maintained. - Assist with interdepartmental maintenance activities as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities:   The Solar Facilities Management Technician has no direct reports Qualifications Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: - Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. - Clear understanding of safe work place practices and procedure. - Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal oversight. - Must have the ability to travel, work on-call during off-shift hours, and weekends. - Ability to operate in a manner consistent with organizational policies, procedures, and vision. - Ability to effectively and respectfully communicate with peers, supervisor, and all other individuals both within and outside of the organization. Physical Requirements/Work Environment: - Work is to be performed in the field and occasionally in the field office. - Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required- including, but not limited to hard hat, steel toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection. - Must have the ability to sit, stoop, kneel, bend, stand, or walk short distances for 8-10 hours a day. - Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.

Summary:   The financial analyst 3 role is responsible for various accounting and financial functions such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), monthly, quarterly & annual reporting, annual budgeting and accounting system administration for Strata’s main operating companies and related overhead (Finance, Legal, IT, Human Resources, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Development, Operations & Maintenance (Services)).

Summary: The Senior Subcontracts Manager is responsible for developing, negotiating, and administering complex, high-risk subcontracts while ensuring compliance with regard to cost and schedule. This person also has a key role in supporting and reviewing team members’ work. 

The Solar Facilities Maintenance Tech 4 Foreman will work within a team and supervise vegetation maintenance and abatement. The Solar Facilities Maintenance Tech 4 Foreman will also assist with the maintenance and repair of various power generation components.   This individual will receive comprehensive on-the-job and classroom-based training pertaining to site maintenance and safe work practices.
