Summary:   Strata is seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Project Engineer to join our team and work on PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The Sr. Project Engineer is responsible for managing technical and engineering projects and ensuring successful project outcomes from pre-construction through project close out. The Sr. Project Engineer will maintain engineering budgets, coordinate the planning and implementation of engineering activities on a project, and interface routinely with project management, procurement, clients, and field personnel to ensure the communication of accurate and timely information to all project stakeholders.

In collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, the Sr. Training Specialist will develop and institute strategies which advance employees' knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as integrate and formalize company values, standards, and practices. You'll design, shape, and implement our learning and development strategy with engaging programs, providing all employees with an exceptional learning experience.

Responsible for developing, negotiating, and administering complex, high-risk subcontracts and ensuring compliance with regard to cost and schedule. Relationship building skills are key internally and externally!

  Position Summary: The VP of Power Marketing & Origination will be responsible for leading deal origination and offtake structuring efforts to support Strata project development for solar PV and battery energy storage across the US. Key responsibilities to include customer relationship building, prospecting, identification and prioritization of profitable business opportunities, leadership of bid proposal processes and execution of contract negotiations related to specific business opportunities. This is a leadership position within the Development team, and the VP of Power Marketing & Origination is expected to grow and lead a team of direct reports to support growth of the Development pipeline.
