The Strata intern program is an exceptional summer program that helps interns find direction and purpose by providing hands-on experiences. The Assistant Project Manager (APM) works closely with all project stakeholders and are responsible for managing the project’s budget, planning, and reporting to ensure every element meets technical requirements.
Strata Solar Services (“Strata”) is one of the largest third-party Solar PV Operations & Maintenance providers in the United States and continues to grow, leading to the creation of this new role. The Business Development Associate (BDA) will become a critical part of all business development activity, taking sole responsibility for Strata’s cost estimating, proposal-writing, and work scoping activity. This role works closely with our head of business development as new opportunities are identified, but will also require close working relationships with numerous subject matter experts in the company in order to develop intelligent responses to highly technical requests for proposals. We’re seeking someone who builds deep relationships with peers and pays close attention to detail, never compromising on quality or accuracy. You don’t need prior solar experience, but you do need to be a quick learner with an ability to teach yourself new technical concepts and should be a proactive individual who takes initiative without prompting.

The Database Developer works with Business Analyst, .Net Developer and System Architect to design, develop, and maintain database, data integrations, data analytics, and business intelligence solutions. Solutions will support operations and monitoring and may support other areas of the business, including accounting, engineering, construction, asset management and business management.

The Development Manager will be responsible for leading project development efforts to create shovel-ready solar and storage projects. The Development Manager will report to the VP of Development for our West region and would support efforts to expand Strata’s portfolio across CAISO and other WECC markets. Project developers are charged with managing between 4-10 projects and all associated development activities from land siting and interconnection through to permitting and origination.The position requires frequent travel to project locations to meet with landowners, permitting officials, and local officials.

This position is responsible for providing technical leadership and solution architecture support for the Backoffice application suite at Strata in the areas of ERP, CRP, cloud computing and other emerging technologies. Suitable candidates also are required to have strong project management skills. This role requires working closely with the business organization in understanding their needs, architecting the appropriate systems solutions, managing their delivery, and overseeing sustaining support operations. Strata Solar Services is currently seeking a full-time Energy Analyst to join our Performance Analytics team, which is responsible for optimizing the energy output of our operating fleet of solar power plants through ongoing reporting, conducting performance analyses, and using industry research and PV system design principals to drive models.
Summary: The Field Technician provides IT support to remote projects and operating solar sites as well as assisting with IT support in the corporate offices when needed. This position supports hardware, software, and network connections and is responsible for ensuring that Strata Solar Services staff can physically and remotely access the sites.

The Manager, Local Affairs is a regional permitting lead responsible for entitlements, zoning and other development-phase permits for solar and battery storage projects throughout their assigned region. The Manager, Local Affairs will work with the lead developer and other members of each project team to create and execute a permitting strategy for each project.
This role is responsible for planning and scheduling of medium to large scale utility solar and BESS projects. ($25MM - $300MM). The role would be ideally suited to planner/schedulers who have full project lifecycle experience, but have an emphasis on EPCC projects. Candidates must have held at least one Lead Planner role, and be comfortable running multi-discipline planning sessions.

technician and leader whose demonstrated expertise enables direct leadership over advanced electrical,

balance-of-system components utilized in utility scale solar photovoltaic (“PV”) power generation. These
generating sites represent investments that can exceed $100M. This individual will be expected to lead a
team of Plant Maintenance Technicians and be responsible for scheduling and completion of all work in

The Power Plant Maintenance (PPM) Special Projects Field Technician is a highly motivated solar electrical
technician whose demonstrated expertise enables them to perform advanced electrical, telecommunication,
and mechanical repair and maintenance activities, to include testing and repair of all major and balance-ofsystem components utilized in utility scale solar photovoltaic (“PV”) power generation. This professional will
be leading and overseeing a team of PPM Special Projects Field Technicians and be responsible for
scheduling and completion of special projects across the fleet. This position requires maintaining excellent
documentation and communication with outside parties. This role demands extensive travel up to 75% of the
time to remote solar sites with extended stays for up but not limited to 5 consecutive days.
